1- Avoid damages to the pipes end points.
2- Never use damaged pipes.
3- Avoid rotating the pipes and connecting after welding.
4- Protect the pipes against sudden impact and falling the tools on pipes.
5- Never apply paste and thread seal tapes for brass fittings.
6- Avoid placing the pipes and fittings in direct sunlight and frost.
7- The clients are kindly requested not to accept any projects before pressure test with positive results. Under negative circumstances, producer shall have no responsibility.
8- Apply metal tools to fasten metallic fittings.
9- Do not weld B.S pipes and fittings to other pipe and fittings.
Connection method for POOYAN BASPAR SEPAHAN pipe and fittings
B.S pipe and fittings are connected to each other by fusion welding based on DIN and DVS standards.
1- Consider the welding table data as the base.
2- Thoroughly clean the body and molds of welding machine as well as the applied pipe and fittings.
3- Connect suitable molds to the welding machine.
4- Connect the machine to power and adjust heating temperature to 260*10°C.
5- After warming up, cut the pipes vertically by means of scissors and clean the cut points.
6- Place pipe and fitting on the mold simultaneously and remove them after warming time and connect to each other without rotation (pay attention to the warming time and welding depth).
7- Connection is ready for use after cooling period.
8- After around 2 or 3 hours from the latest welding process, project will be ready for pressure tests.
- It is recommended to do pressure test on welded pipe and fittings under app. 15-20bar.
9- Upon welding completion, machine must be clean for further use.
